Deciding to commit to therapy is a courageous step. It’s important to feel ready to embark on this journey and to accept that change and growth will be a part of this process.
Therapy can take place either face-to-face or remotely. I also offer a Walking Talking therapy which has a host of benefits. It can feel more relaxed to walk alongside the therapist and less intense. You will be amongst nature which can offer a sense of peace and calm. It can offer a sense of grounding, not to mention the benefits of getting exercise, Vitamin D and fresh air.
