Heard Therapy is a confidential safe space to explore the issues that compromise your wellbeing. You will receive a warm and empathetic approach without judgement. This unconditional positive regard allows clients to be themselves and have an honest and open therapeutic journey.

Deciding to commit to therapy is a courageous step. It’s important to feel ready to embark on this journey and to accept that change and growth will be a part of this process.
Therapy can take place either face-to-face or remotely. I also offer a Walking Talking therapy which has a host of benefits.

I'm Nicole.
I’m an NCS qualified psychotherapist and hypnotherapist.
I believe that everyone’s therapeutic journey is as individual as they are, therefore, I tailor the sessions to best meet their needs using concepts from various therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic, person-centred and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
I’m passionate about helping people reach their full potential in life.​
I have a hugely empathetic approach, along with a positive and encouraging demeanour.
My client’s are held in a safe, supportive space where they are able to explore their feelings without judgement and with the utmost confidentiality.
I have worked with clients with a range of diverse issues including depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, stress, anger, attachment issues, eating disorders to name but a few.

Introduction Session
Free 20 minute initial consultation provides the opportunity to find out more details about what to expect during a therapy session and to ask any questions you may have which will help you decide if this is the right fit for you.

Walking + Talking Therapy
Walking in nature and alongside the therapist can offer a more relaxed environment which can feel less intense. Nature offers a sense of peace and calm which is a more holistic therapeutic experience. It also provides a sense of grounding, not to mention the benefits of getting exercise, Vitamin D and fresh air.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a deeply relaxing therapeutic treatment which allows the conscious mind to quieten giving the unconscious mind the opportunity to be open to changes that are affecting your life. It is a particularly good treatment for phobias, anxiety and stress.
